Mormon - Christian - Freedom

You know how we Christians say that we are so thankful for our freedom and how in light of present times - world - government - laws - persecution etc we wonder how long we will have those freedoms? I was just thinking today of how huge the Mormon population is and how they claim to be Christians - now... Follow me with this..

We love our religious freedom and so do they. If the government - media - schools -etc continues persecuting Christians - that means Mormons too - it will be interesting to see how they step up and fight for their religious freedom the same way it will be interesting to see how we step up and fight for ours. Basically what I am saying is, we might be waging a similar war - which in the long run could allow religious freedom to stick around in the USA longer than we think it might.

I think a lot of Christians are seeing the 'light at the end of the tunnel' ..death becoming more near (maybe not physical death, but in this instance death of religious freedom) but the Mormons will fight to keep their temple ordinances and doctrine & covenants and journeys just as much as we will fight to keep being able to say "Bible" or "you're a sinner" or "pray" or "Jesus is the only way."

So I'm just saying.. the battle is not over. They (Mormons) are mysteriously on top of their game. It's amazing. But will they be fighting just as hard to keep their religious freedom if the Christian title becomes an invitation for viciousness?
